1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of FlowsReport, operated by Flow Sleep Repeat Ltd (Company No. 16225498), registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

FlowsReport is a construction site reporting platform that enables users to create, manage, and share professional reports with photos, timestamps, and company branding.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring data submitted complies with applicable laws
  • Maintaining appropriate backups of your data

4. Subscription & Billing

FlowsReport offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

Monthly Plan: $49/month, billed monthly.

Annual Plan: $490/year, billed annually (equivalent to $40.83/month).

Additional Users: $15/month per user beyond the 3 included in your plan.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings.

Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions - Early Cancellation: Annual subscriptions require 30 days written notice to cancel before the end of the annual term. Upon early cancellation:

  • Your usage will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate of $49/month
  • The difference between your annual payment ($490) and the recalculated monthly charges will be refunded
  • Your access continues for 30 days from the date of your cancellation request

Example: If you cancel after 4 months of an annual subscription, your usage is recalculated as 4 × $49 = $196. You would receive a refund of $490 - $196 = $294.

Annual Subscriptions - Full Refund Period: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual purchase or renewal, no questions asked.

Trial Period: No payment is required during the 14-day trial. You will not be charged unless you actively subscribe.

6. Fair Usage

Our Pro plan includes 100 reports per month and 10GB of storage. These limits are designed to accommodate normal business use. If your usage significantly exceeds these limits, we may contact you to discuss enterprise options.

7. Site-Specific Photography Policies

Many construction and corporate sites, including those operated by major technology companies and government entities, have strict policies regarding photography and documentation. As a FlowsReport user, you are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining all necessary permissions before capturing photos or creating reports on any site
  • Complying with site-specific photography policies, security protocols, and confidentiality agreements
  • Ensuring only authorised personnel capture images in restricted areas
  • Never sharing, posting, or distributing site photos on social media or public platforms unless explicitly authorised
  • Following all Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) related to client sites

FlowsReport is a tool for professional documentation. Misuse of photos or reports in violation of site policies may result in account termination and could expose you to legal liability. When in doubt, always seek written permission from site management.

8. Data & Privacy

Your data remains your property. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
